  I went in to get my roots colored, and it was a total waste. I LOVE Aveda color and products, have been using them for 12+ years, but the woman who did my hair here just did a bad job. She didn’t match the existing color, missed some spots, and only left it on for maybe 15 minutes so it didn’t actually take. Within a few days I could see the gray hair that hadn’t been covered, and even later that same day I could find patches where she hadn’t colored it. I gave her two stars because she was nice, and the blow dry/style looked good, but what an awful color experience. I won’t be going back.
